6.  Waimano Falls













Location: This easy waterfall hike is located in Pearl City, Palisades. It is known for its pools, rope swing, and cardiac hill.

Type: Waterfall Hike

Hike Difficulty: Beginner

Total Time: 2 to 3 hours

Distance: 3 Miles Roundtrip

5. Kapena Falls

Location: Located in Honolulu, near the Pali Highway and Nu'uanu area. Known for its serene pool, waterfall, and nearby cliff jumps.

Type: Waterfall Hike

Hike DifficultyBeginner (Short and accessible, but can be slippery)

Total Time: 1 to 2 hours (including time at the falls)

Distance: 0.5 miles round trip

Highlights: Waterfall, natural pools, rope swing, cliff jumping

4. Waimea Bay   


Location: Located on the North Shore of Oahu, Waimea Bay is famous for its stunning, crystal-clear waters, big-wave surf, and seasonal opportunities for cliff jumping. (IF YOU ARE JUMPING OFF THE ROCK DO NOT GO IN THE WINTER MONTHS) 

Type: Cliff Jump & Waterfall (Waimea Valley across the street - waterfall) 

DifficultyBeginner (Short, easy walk to the water; cliff jumping requires caution)

Distance: ~0.5 miles round trip

Highlights: Cliff jumping, sandy beach, scenic views, and the iconic Waimea Bay shoreline.

3. Spitting Caves  









Location: Located near East Oahu. Known for its dramatic cliff jumps, large ocean swells, and the powerful spouts of water that shoot up from the caves. (Go extremely early as parking is limited. Great for the sunset too, just make sure you can get a parking spot. PARK ON THE ROAD LUMAHAI ST. 

Type: Cliff Jumping & Scenic Viewpoint

Hike DifficultyBeginner (easy to access, but cliffs can be dangerous)

Total Time: 5 Minutes from the parking lot to the spitting caves.

Distance: ~0.5 miles round trip (from the parking area to the jumping area)

Highlights: Cliff jumping, stunning ocean views, powerful spouts of water from the caves, and a scenic coastal experience.

2. China Walls 









Location: Located in Hawaii Kai, Oahu. Known for its scenic cliffside views, excellent swimming areas, and popular cliff-jumping spots. PARKING IS LIMITED, PARK ON HANAPEPE LOOP. 

Type: Cliff Jumping & Scenic Viewpoint

Hike DifficultyBeginner (Easy access, but jumping requires caution)

Total Time: 10 minutes

Distance: ~0.3 miles round trip (from the parking area to the cliffs)

Highlights: Cliff jumping, clear waters for swimming, spectacular coastal views, and a relaxed vibe. Surfers here sometimes as well.
